Busy

Alright,

Sorry that I haven't written in a few days. Alright, So I will update everyone then.

Where did I leave off. . .Well on Sunday, Tom came out to Elk Rapids he meet my Mum, and Austin. And we went to Pearl's for brunch.

We then went into town to go ice skating. One of my favorite past times especially in the winter time. Well its was cool, Tom did fine out on the ice. Well not just fine, he was good. After that we rented RV and went back to his place and watched the movie, and then played Scrabble. It was a lot of fun. I really wish I didn't live so far out from Town.

So Monday, I hung out with my friend Erin at the Omlete Shoppe for like three hours, It was a lot of fun. Then I went Christmas shopping, which I am almost done with. I only have a few more things to get.

Well today I was working at Hairport, and then at Pearl's. . .I do the same tomorrow. . .and then just Hairport on Thursday . . .thank goodness. . . .

But now I am going to go and shower

Brunch and Ice Skating

Alright. . . so tomorrow I am hopping to go to Brunch with some friends. . . But so far I haven't heard anything back from them yet. . . *sighs*

I rarely get a Sunday off. . .oh I'd like to go ice skating too ^^ I haven't done that in forever. . .But I wonder how dull my skates are. . . I don't think the usual place I get them done at is closed on Sundays. Oh well. . .we'll see. . .

Everyday over again

Okay,

So today feels like Saturday, even though it is Friday. But still. . . But tomorrow will some how not feel like Sunday. . .It will just be another Saturday all over again. . .its like GroundHogs Day, only Sunni and Cher will not be singing every morning.

Anyways, I saw The Foutain today with Tom. It was good, a little strange at a few points, but I must say it is the most emotional I have seen Hugh Jackman.

Work was incredible dull this evening. . . they called to ask if I could come in early. . . well I was in Traverse still, but when I got there, it wasn't even that busy. But I did get a call tonight from one of my managers asking me if I could come in early tomorrow to do an art project. . . *sighs* I do like my job, but for the things they make me do sometimes, they should really pay me more.

I did see a preview for Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheinix. . . . I downloaded it at my dads house. . . .to download it at home would take twelve years. . . old connection. . . .

Thanksgiving

Hmm,

Well it was a very nice Thanksgiving. Food was good, and it was fun playing cards with Tom and my Dad Brother, and Judy. And now I look upon the end of the year as it comes.

2006 wasn't bad, but wasn't the greatest. . . thus far. . .a little over a month to improve that status.

Taking a massive break from school really stopped me there for a little while. All I really do is work. I'm out in a small town when all of my friends are ten if not twenty or more mintues away. It is also really hard to save cause of it being the holiday season, and well I still have some Christmas shopping to do. Last week would have been it, but well when I got sick that put a small damper on things. I would really like a nice raise at work soon, then I would be able to move out.
Somtimes I wish certain things were different. I wont go into detail, cause its late and I'm tired.

The Death of my stomach

Alright, so I really must say that it seems like forever since I wrote, but really it has only been a few days.

But now that I am not throwing up I feel a lot better. My appetite is not yet all there, but I am hungry, which is a good sign. But the tooth brush that I just bought I had to throw out. It is always a good idea to throw out your tooth brush after being sick.

Ok, so Casino Royal was good *cringes* okay okay, so I'll eat my words. But I am still not sure about the new Bond, Daniel Craig. I must say I did have a good time with Tom.

I have to make my car payment today. . . and I don't think I'll have enough money to finsh off my Christmas shopping this week. . . .*sighs* I will truely curse the holiday shopping season. . . . >.< I'll just have to go during the week to avoid the hellish mayham. I only have a few more things to get.

Bad Bond

Heh,

Well I must say that tomorrow a lot of movies are coming out that well not all I have to see, but most I will see. I want to see Happy Feet, cause its penguins. And well even though I hate the new guy playing Bond, I'll see the movie just because if it really is bad, then I can really say it was the worst Bond ever.

Part Two

Alright, so here it is. The First!!! and I MEAN FIRST draft of part two story with Zachary, and Kimura. ENJOY!!

~~~~Warning: This story contains adult content, violence, and other things not suitable for children under 16, overall rating R
Part One: The Move
Moving has always been a pain in the ass. But moving across the country, even worse. Picking up everything to move is always something that has never set well with myself.
New Jersey was the total bust for vampires, and lycanthropes, and other paranormal activity. Oh there was a fair share, but apparently I was too good for my job, and they wanted to transfer me to help out another case all the way in Los Angeles, California.
My girlfriend of three years was not totally pleased with the change, but Kate is a strong girl, and she has already lined up a job. I never thought different of her, I knew this move could possibly break us up, but thus far its still going strong.
Our new apartment building was at least in a nice part of town. The Squad paid for it, thank goodness, there was no way that either Kate, or myself could put a down payment on a place this nice in L.A.
“So if we unpack about half of what we have, can we sleep?” I looked over at Kate, who was dressing up the bed. It was November, and it was still nearly seventy-five degrees outside. I’m used to wearing a down jacket at this time. Kate was from Maine, and I lived in New York for most of my life. This weather was seriously messing with our minds.
“Well we should at least stay up till ten. Just so we can get away from jetlag and try to get up to speed here.” I looked at my watch. It was five in the afternoon. This was going to be a really long five hours.
“I guess. . . but I am telling you, if my eye lids fall. . .”
“I’ll hold them open with toothpicks.” She did that hair flip over her shoulder with her hand. Kate’s auburn hair hung around her shoulder blades. Her brown eyes were to die for, and her small figure was everything to me. Spooning was perfect with someone who is just slightly shorter then yourself, as among other things. I wasn’t a giant, but being six-foot does have its advantages. My green eyes stood out against my pale skin, and dark brown hair, which hung around the top of my shoulders. But right now it was pulled back in a loose pony tale.
It was now past ten, and I was now laying on my back flat on my new bed, in my new apartment, the only thing that wasn’t new was the woman I was laying next to.
“So big day tomorrow, you should get some sleep.” Kate leaned over towards me, her face was close to mine. I ran my hand down around her cheek.
A small closet of an office, painted off white, with various pictures of achievements that this man had done. As I sat there staring down at my coffee cup I wondered, if this place was the right place.
“Sorry about that Detective. . .”
“Winters.” That was stupid to finish my chief’s sentence, but I just could not resist.
“Yeah, so anyways, I know you have done this with the staff over in New Jersey, but here, I run a tight shift. No bullshit, got it?”
“Got it.” This was nothing offensive, all chief’s did such a thing cause it was to certify their place of power.
“Alright then, you will be allowed a license to kill, within reason.” He opened up a yellow folder, my folder no doubt.
“Good, well wouldn’t want one of your guys to get their throats ripped out, now would you?”
“Hmm, right. Anyways, a gun will be issued, with silver rounds. And a silver cross.”
“Um, well see now that wont work.”
“What, the gun, you can use your own its fine.”
“No, the cross thing. I don’t think that is going to work.”
“Mr. Winters its standard issue, you have to wear one, I don’t care if it’s a pin on your tie, you will wear a silver cross.”
“See I don’t believe in GOD, and therefore it will not work against shit. So therefore I will not wear a cross.” I set my coffee cup in the edge of his desk.
“I am not here to talk to you Mr. Winters about religion.”
“No, I am not here to discuss much with you Chief! You uprooted me from my life, and brought me here as an expert in my field. I know more about this stuff then you do obviously. So therefore you will listen to what I have to say. Yes I will take orders, but when I feel I am right, which I am most of the time, I will make the right choice. Got it?”
“Just don’t get killed. Now get down to the address I left for you on your desk.”
“Do I have a partner?”
“Not yet.”
“Great. Later Chief. “ I got up and walked out of the room. My desk was in the middle of the room. It was horrible, but I wasn’t going to complain. I picked up the file folder on my desk, and headed down towards the weapons vault to pick up my silver rounds. I already had plenty, but to just check in was a good idea. I liked my berretta 9mm, it was my kind of gun. It has served my well so far. I had very few injuries to contend with.
A cab was waiting for me right outside the building, I had yet to own a car. I did in New Jersey, but I had sold it when a group of vampires decided to flip the car. To flip a Jeep Cherokee takes some muscle, for a group of four vampires, this apparently was no problem. My car was totaled, and my insurance company refused to buy me a new car, so I sold the parts to a junk yard, so I decided to just pay for a cab when needed.
Getting into the cab which smelled like old cheese, was a rather challenging task. First, I hate cheese, second I hate the smell of cheese. As I sat down in the somewhat moist back seat, I gave the driver directions, and away we went. I was never afraid to ride in a cab after living in New Jersey. The cab drivers in L.A. are nothing compared to a near death experience on just an average day riding in a cab in New Jersey.
I looked at my watch, it was eleven thirty, and it would take twenty minutes to get to my destination. Watching my surroundings pass by aimlessly in the windows seeing palm trees, which I had never seen before. It was almost a bit too overwhelming. But as I was pondering my reasons for being here, I had arrived at my destination.
Stepping out of the cab, my neck stretched upwards to see the massive amount of steel in front of me. Walking into the building I suddenly felt really small, as I was walking in the marble entryway. I reached the elevator, and pressed the button that would lead me to the top floor. A soft ping and the doors slid open and once again I was in a large marble entryway. There was a desk with a woman sitting behind it. Her hair was a dark brown, slightly wavy hanging softly past her shoulders. Her skin was pale and perfect. She was pretty as I could see. I walked over towards the desk as she immediately looked up at me. Her eyes were a soft blue, her lips red as blood. Her shirt matched her eyes, which made the even more brilliant.
“Can I help you?” Her voice was soft but her accent was misplaced. It sounded English, yet it sounded French.
“Ah. . .yes I have an appointment with Mr. Auger.”
“Yes, one minute.” She stood up and pressed a button and walked around towards two large doors. “Right in through here.” She opened the door, as I walked towards it. The doors closed behind me and around me were massive windows showing the tops of other buildings in the area. A dark brown desk and a large leather chair was about ten feet away from me. I walked towards the desk.
“Please have a seat Mr. Winters.” The dark voice filled the room it was soft in my head. Again with an accent, this time is sounded German, but it was old.
“Uh. . . how do you know my name?” I sat down in the worn leather chair.
“I know a lot more then you think.” The chair moved around. There sat a man younger then me, with white hair, and blood red eyes staring back at me. “I’m sure you know who I am already, but I will be pleasant and introduce myself. My name is Kimura Auger, master of L.A.”
Phone troubles
*Grumbles* I cannot seem to find my phone. I know it is around here, but I have no idea where. . . Why does it have to be black. Hmm. . .I cannot call it cause its on vibrate cause the ringer wakes me up in the morning whenever someone calls. . .
*sighs* and I was gonna try and call someone tonight. . . >.< stupid phone. . . . . . . .
NO HE COULDN'T NOT BE THE BEST BOND EVER!!!!!!!! DANEIL CRAIG IS EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This new Bond is gonna suck. . . .
But anyways, Mythbusters is on. . . so all is okay right now. . .but I am gonna go and watch some DaVinci Code, heh my mom is watching it right now.
The Da Vinci Code, and Work
Yes I have The Da Vinci Code in my possession. . . hehe I plan on watching it tomorrow before I have to work.
Tonight at work you can just tell that it is November. . .even with the cheap date coupon. . . *sighs*
I really wish it was still a little faster. . . but I was host/bussing, which means I get my hostess wage, but I also was bussing tables, and I get ten percent of what each server makes ^^ so I got a little extra cash tonight. Heh to pay for the movie Thursday.
Now in the small town that I live in, there is a movie theatre, and heh, well it has only one screen, but still it's a theatre. Well anyways, on Thursday night its cheap night, a ticket will only coast 3.50, and for a soda and popcorn its like another two bucks. Its great I love it. The Departed is playing there, which I've heard is really good, so why not.
Hmmm. . . what else. Oh yea my work does this Secret Santa thing, I cannot wait tell we draw names. ^^ I hope it is this weekend, cause well our party is coming up really soon. . . I have to find a date. . .heh. . .Its nothing fancy, its usually during the day, but this year they might not have it at Pearl's and in fact they might have all four restaurants at the same time 0.o that might be a little much, so I really hope its only Pearl's. (If I haven't mentioned it, that is the place I work at. )
Classes and Wicked
Well alright,
So I have signed up for my winter classes, heh. . .
And tomorrow THE DA VINCI CODE COMES OUT!!!!!!!!! hehehehehehehe I cannot wait for it.
So I've started to read the book "Wicked: THe Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West" I'm sure many of you have seen or heard of the Broadway production of it, but dun dun dun. . . . . It was a book first (get over it) But I am just at the start. I'm a little unsure, just because when I was a little kid I read the L. Frank Baulm, books who was the original author of the "Wizard of OZ" So I'm a little sceptical about Gregory Maguire's take on her story. I will keep ya posted though ^^
Saving and Classes
Hmmm. . . .
So class sign-up is well I should say tomorrow, but it is Monday, just really REALLY early in the morning. I did get some Christmas shopping done. It was nice to get a few more people out of the way.
Besides signing up for classes, I have a ton of stuff to do. I really want to clean my room. But I also have some banking to do. So my day off, really wont be a day off. OH I have laundry to do as well. . . . oh man . . .
I really want to move out. I hope I get a good raise soon. I mean I like my parents, but still. . . I was on my own for two months, and other then the hellish roommate, I really did like it. . . But right now since it is the slow season at work, I really can't afford to move out, along with a car payment each month. So I guess I'll just have to live with what I have.
Besides if I didn't go back to school this coming semester I think my dad would go nuts. So I guess I'll choose home and save.
Saturday night
It Saturday night, and I am in bed getting ready to fall asleep, and watching Back To The Future. Such a great movie. There are very few movies that can follow with two other great classics, like part two and three. Such good material here.
The only thing about High School movies, most of the time, the people playing the teens are in their twenties, and they don't really look anything like teenagers. But oh well.
Ugh. . . . I have to work tomorrow morning, but at least I'll have the rest of the day, and then of course Monday to laze around, actually I have to figure out what classes I want to take.
AHHH I want to see The Fountain with Hugh Jackman, and Rachel Weiss, its looks really good. Hehehe with the promise of the Hugh Jackman shirtless scene, you bet I'll see it.
Snowing, and Time
Alright, So it is November 10, and it is snowing out like nothing else. Plus it was snowing, and thunder, it was very interesting.
But right now I am watching Bridget Jones Diary, and it just makes me laugh. Heh, I would probably run outside in my underwear in the snow too. . . (for those of you who have not seen this movie SEE IT!!!)
Now if only romantic scene's really do happen with music going on, but I just have to close my eyes and put on my own soundtrack. Now to do this properly, you have to get the right song in your head at the right time.
Hmm, well class sign up is Monday. HEH, I can't wait, I'm such a nerd. But with this break from school right now, I must say that I have had a chance to get a lot of things done.
I've been working on my Tom Petty cd collection. I must say, how can someone trade in their cd of Tom Petty, its just not right. But hey the better for me.
I really want to get some pictures on here, I just have to find my connection line for that purpose.
OH ON TUESDAY!!! THE DAVINCI CODE COMES OUT ON DVD, AND AT THERE IS A SPECIAL EDITION VERSION AND I AM SOOOO GETTING IT.
Like that big font there heh
OMG THE TV JUST HAD A COMMERCIAL FOR FINAL FANTASY 12!!!!!!!!!!
Which of course I am playing, I'm half way right now. I'm heading out to the Giza Plains, but currently I am hunting beasties, cause I want money to buy new armor. I have good weapons, but my armor sucks. It is soooo hard to get gil in this one, I'm a little unsure about that, but its ok. I really don't mind going about hunting things. I have time . . . . . heh Now if I was in school I wouldn't be this patient. But I have time. . . . . heh . . . . .all I have is time.
But like I said earlier I have been doing a lot of things that I would never get done with school. The stack of books that just build up cause if I see something that I might like, I get (thats a bad habbit). And I have had more time to write. Which is good cause I have started the second installment of "The Depth of Blood and Lust", I'm unsure of the name of this story, cause I don't really want to do part two. Cause its not really about Kimura (those of you who have read this story, will understand, if not. . . heres the link (http://www.minusthepapercuts.com/writeon/viewtopic.php?t=189)
But anyways, this part is about Zachary Winters. He was the second character I created after Kimura. The original story was this part that I'm writing right now, but I just never put pen to paper (or in my case fingers to key board) But I did start writing out part one with Kimura as the main character a while ago.
Both characters have changed a lot. Kimura used to like both sexes (most vampire stories that I've read, they don't care), but Kimura will be a one woman kind of guy. Its coming up in the story I have a few more chapters, then everyone will meet Vaah for the first time. But in the second installment, with Zachary, everyone meets Vaah right off. I wont go into detail about her. You'll have to read to find out ^^. But I really like her. I'm not always happy with my female characters, they either have a weakness, or not weak enough, or are just not someone I would like at all. But she is very interesting. I'm pleased with her. She's had six plus years of development.
NOVELS
Alright,
So I guess I should maybe go indepth more with the whole Novels thing.
Well in "Darcy's Story" it is Pride and Prejudice told through the eyes of Mr. Darcy. Its a little less old British, and a little more easily understood. (I give it a 4.7 out of 5)
Another good book in "A Geisha's Life", if you have read "Memoirs of a Geisha" then this novel will fit right down with you. Cause it is the autobiography of the woman, whom Arthur Golden took the notes from to write Geisha. It's a little more modern, she was a Geisha in the 60's and 70's. There are a few things that are a little different from Memoirs, but it is still a good read. (I give it a 5 out of 5)
"Bob Dylan Chronicals Vol. 1" another good biography. It works throught the early part of Dylans career. A very nice piece of work. (I give it a 5 out of 5)
Now I read this book about a year ago when it first came out. "How to Kill a Rock Star" the same author who wrote the amazing book "God-Shaped Hole" I must say I was a little bit disappointed with this work. It was just not up to the standards of Jacob. (I give it a 3.7 out of 5)
Senate and Shopping
Alright, So the Senate will now be controlled by the Democrates YEAH!!!!!! So now Bush will be a lame duck, hehehehe.
Man working is getting really slow, November is like that, it is always the slowest month of the year. I really hope we pick names for our secret santa soon.
Hmm . . . .what else is going on hmmm. . . Well since I haven't been in school, I have been reading a lot more. I reread most of the good books in the Anita Blake series, Circus of the Damned, Lunatic Cafe, Bloody Bones, and The Killing Dance. But now I'm realing Darcy's Story, and Tom Petty's Biography. I tend to read more then one book at a time. I get bored easily. . . heh.
Thanksgiving is only two weeks away. WOW crazy how time zooms on by after Halloween. And then before we know it Christmas will be here.
I barely have any of my shopping done. *sighs* I have to get that done soon. I hate going into town when it gets later in the month. People are everywhere. . . . . bleh people.
VOTE 2006
Well Granholm is once again the Governer of Mich. I love it HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE
VOTING DAY
So today was the day to vote. . .
It is soo cool that we can choose who we want in office. But then again it is hard to choose who we really can trust. Those of you who know me, know that well I do not like the repulican party. Heh, true true. So it was a straight ticket voting.
So anyways, Life on the home front is a little boring. But next week is class sign-up week in the internet. Which will be exciting. I think I'm just going to take four classes, but I'm not totally sure yet.
And thus begins the Christmas shopping. I am trying to get ahead of the game this year, and get everything done before the third week in December. Heh. Plus I hate mall crowds during this time of the year. Everyone is all running towards something, and if you are not careful you will become the piece of flattened gum on the wet dirty tile floor.
I hate the cold commercials they say if you take this such and such medicine that you will feel better, the people in them look like their either on crack or not sick at all. I'm sorry when I have a cold, I feel like shit, I'm usually out for two days on my bed sleeping 90 percent of the time.
Away from hell
Alright,
So I am now gone from that land of the dead. And that horrible living situation. . .if you called it living. . .I could have turned it into a horror movie. Attack of the post-it notes. . .
But now I am away and happy from the hick town that was Allendale. Hey nothing against you if you enjoy that. . . but I just didn't like it all that much, in fact I dearly hated it down there.
Classes sucked, roommates sucked. . .everthing sucked sucked sucked.
Dreams of being cut with paper cuts from post-its was driving me nuts. OH THE HORROR!!!!!
Heh. . . and no more scary shower curtain. The pink lady bugs and pink butterflies are no longer haunting my happy showertime.
And of course dishes no longer pill up in the sink and stink. . .heh my mum would never let that happen.
AND YES THE SOAP IS OUT!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA
*falls over with glee*
