6.4 mp to an 8mp for the price difference is WAY worth it. The pricey bit will be with the lenses. My vote, from these two choices (despite the fact that I *LOVE* Canon) would be to go with the Olympus. It's more for the money at this point. Once you start throwing in lenses though, then we might have to get nitty gritty.
